Tell me I'm not the only one...

who lives in a home with more bedrooms than they use for that purpose. We moved from a 2 bedroom to a 4 bedroom and in both cases, all four of us are in the same room. We've coslept with Elsie since she was born. This past summer we had her sleeping in her own bed in her own room, but that changed when Claira came. Elsie's a night owl, and I don't mind it because we stay at home and she can sleep in. Well, our bed is getting crowded! She goes to bed when we do, but she doesn't like to lay in her room alone in the dark. So, we moved her toddler bed into our room. Please tell me I'm not the only crazy person who really doesn't mind having her children close?

Don't tell my husband, but I really don't mind it when our son joins us in our bed in the middle of the night. :) He does sleep in his own room most of the time, but I love when he sleeps curled up next to me.

I love, love, love when I have Adam close at night. However, I could still use some more bedrooms. I'd love to have a home office and an entire room for scrapbooking. Wishful thinking, but a girl can dream. :)

You don't know me. I'm a member of the bargain board. I love reading your blog though. (mine is yeptheyretwins.blogspot.com if you want to check it out) But I just had to tell you this... we absolutely don't mind our girls sleeping in the room with us. Our lives got much easier when we started letting the girls sleep in bed with us. Who wants to fight their kid to sleep?? Anyway... great job on the blog. Thanks for sharing it with us strangers!
